Weekend Wedding Package

$7,500 (2024) / $8,500 (2025)
Our two-day weekend package provides ample time for couples to decorate and host their rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all in one location. This package also allows the bride and her bridesmaids to stay in the main house on Friday night and the bride and groom can stay on Saturday night after the ceremony and reception. This option is preferable for larger events requiring more setup and prep time. What’s included.

Elegant Elopement Special (Sunday Only)

$3,500
If you are looking for an intimate and elegant elopement experience, this one’s for you. Our Elegant Elopement experience includes seven hours at Collins Grove. With this package, you will have exclusive access to the Collins Grove grounds and venue at noon. Seating for 100 guests.

Single Day Rentals

Collins Grove is available for single-day rentals at the following rates:
Monday through Wednesday: $2,500
Thursday Event:  $3,500
Friday Event: $4,000
Saturday Event: $5,500 (2024) / $6,000 (2025) (Rehearsals for Saturday weddings are held on Wednesday or Thursday)

Typical Friday & Saturday Rental Wedding Schedule for the Weekend Package:

9:00 a.m. Friday: Access to the venue to decorate and set up for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
10:30 p.m. Friday: All guests should depart Collins Grove before 10:30 p.m. Overnight guests only for the Weekend Package.

9:00 a.m. Saturday: Access to the venue for wedding preparations.
5:00 p.m. Saturday: Ceremony begins.
6:00 p.m. Cocktail hour begins.
7:00 p.m. Dinner/reception.
10:30 p.m. Music off/facility breakdown underway.
12:00 a.m. All guests/vendors depart Collins Grove.

NOTE: We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Southern Celebrations at Collins Grove. That cost is approximately $175.
